With 4 bedrooms / 2 baths (sleeps 12), two living areas, and separate A/C units on each floor, you’ll get “together time” and real privacy.

Home is on well + septic with a whole-house softener + filtration. Many guests still prefer to bring drinking water (taste preference).
No pets. No events. Minimum age to rent: 25.
