Drive in for a smooth arrival to Surfside Beach, then set your car aside and enjoy the ease of walking to everything you need. Park conveniently under the building or in the driveway, and explore the beach, dining, and local attractions all within easy walking distance.
Important Information:
• Unit Access: You will have access to both units of the duplex.
• Quiet Hours: Respect quiet hours between 10 PM and 9 AM. Parties are not allowed. A maximum of 6 guests per unit, including children.
• Pet Policy: Up to 2 house-trained dogs under 20 lbs with a $100 non-refundable pet fee per pet. Pets must be house trained and crated when left unattended indoors. Not allowed outside or unattended overnight. Additional $75 fee for undeclared pets.
• Security: Outdoor security cameras in use.
• Parking: Park underneath your unit, in the driveway, or along Beach Drive. Free street parking available.
• House Rules: No smoking allowed. Guests must be 25 years or older to book.
We only allow a maximum of 2 dogs under 20 pounds. Please note that there's a $100/pet non-refundable pet fee, and they must be kept from being left outside or anywhere on the property unattended or overnight, as this is against the city ordinance. They can't be left inside unattended unless they are crated or kennel. You can keep your dog on a leash when they are outside, but please make sure to pick up after them. Please note that if you or someone in your party uses self-tanner, you should bring your own linens. We have learned the hard way that self-tanner ruins our linens, and we have to charge for damaged linens.
