"The room had only sheers covering the window. No privacy at night. There was also a bright light shining up to show the building that made it impossible to have a dark room (even with a blanket drapes across it!). The walls are thin (I could hear the room next door snoring). The internet connection is open (no security) and poor. It worked for only a few hours of the afternoon of the whole me stay (no bad weather to blame it on, beautiful day). The TV remote wouldn't turn on the TV. The hot tub keys were weak and not very many of them. The staff was great!"

"Charged $10 per person to use the pool, walked into our room and the windows were taped closed because the windows lock bolts were broken. The bathroom had used wet towels. There was used toilet paper in the toilet, stains on the sheets. Overall just a terrible experience and we were only there for 15 mins. Smelled terrible in the building also."

The water cut out twice and the elevator stopped working on three different occasions; I am in a wheelchair and the elevator issues were by far the most significant issue. The staff were great and worked well with what they had. This is a facilities-only issue."
