Yellow Fun Beach House is a beautiful getaway located beach front on Surfside Beach, 1 hour from Houston down 288. Experience a Texas ocean front getaway without all the hustle and bustle of Galveston. This beach house is the perfect place if you are looking for loads of fun in the sun with the family. Outside, the home features a large wrap around porch with signature yellow Adirondack deck chairs for watching the waves, and an outdoor shower. Cross the sand dunes with a private wooden walkway and find yourself on the beach!

Inside, the home features a full kitchen with all the necessities, including filtered drinking water on tap. The living room is home to Cable TV and plenty of seating for family game night or movies after a long day on the beach. 4 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms provide ample sleeping quarters for everyone, with 3 Queen beds and twin bunk beds. Plus, the added convenience of a washer/dryer is ideal for extended stays!

Come on down to Surfside to enjoy a peaceful oceanside getaway!

PLEASE NOTE: This home is ocean front and has direct access to live water. Guests are responsible for supervising their children at ALL times. Exercise caution around wildlife (including fish, jellyfish, and regular pests & critters such as scorpions, spiders, flies, and mosquitoes) and pay attention to weather conditions. Absolute Charm and the homeowner are not responsible for any changes in weather or adverse conditions that may affect the beach.

Weekend at Surfside

Great Beach House in Surfside. Easy access to the beach and a wonderful deck to enjoy the gulf view. The house was clean and very comfortable.

Beachfront yellow house

Great location and beautiful view of the beach. I did not like that people were allowed to drive on the beach and would drive down from the public beach and block our view. We loved hanging out on the front porch. The house was great although we did not spend much time indoors. The only negative was that the water in the house had a funky smell but fortunately they had a filter at the kitchen sink.

The Name Suites the Property

We had a wonderful stay as a family of four at the Yellow Fun Beach House! The home was clean and well decorated. Loved how the kitchen is open with the living room so we could all spend time together while preparing meals and such. The front porch and big front windows provided AMAZING views of the beach! 😍 The kitchen was well stocked with almost anything you need to cook such as pots, pans, utensils etc. the AC units work perfectly to keep you comfortable after coming in from the Texas heat 👍. Also Loved that they don’t ask you to do a million chores at check out time . Lastly, I loved how easy it was to communicate with the owners/ employees of Absolute Charm. They truly live up to their name and we would definitely stay again! ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ Literally the only recommendation I could make is to have some beach chairs Or umbrellas available for guests. People that fly down are limited to what they can bring and that would have been convenient but by no means a dealbreaker

Great location!

We enjoyed our stay and loved everything. Just one little thing. It needs a deep cleaning, especially the dishes in the kitchen. Some had food stuck on them and it looked like droppings in the drawers. We did take our own disposables and drinking cups so we were ok with it.
