Great opportunity to stay on the beach - 4 bedrooms and 3 baths where you are literally in the sand. Come stay and enjoy the deck that rounds the east side for beach and bay views. Walk into the open living room/kitchen area. There are two bedrooms with a full bath in between downstairs with a full size stacked washer and dryer. Upstairs are two master bedrooms each have private baths and doors to access the upper deck. Sleeps 16 and pet friendly!

All of your needs will be met. All rooms have large screen TV's with high speed WIFI access and ROKU's for your streaming needs. Nintendo WII and 20+ games in the Living Room. Unmatched views of the surf and sand. All bed linens, towels, soaps, shampoo, conditioner and hair dryers are included.

The full house is available for you. Sleeps 16 people comfortably. Walk right into the water from the house to the beach!

This property has a full time property management team available 24x7x365.

We do ask that no more than 6 cars be present without permission in advance.

This property is surrounded by the perfect beach community from scenic restaurants on the surf to the private walk on beach.

Walk where you'd like or take a 20 minute drive to Lake Jackson for all of your amenities.

Welcome to our premiere property where everything is provided from hand soap, shampoo, conditioner, and body wash. Enjoy using our Wii entertainment system and multiple charging stations for all of your devices. Each bedroom has large LCD TV's and the living room has an amazing sound system. We even provide a Bluetooth speaker for your listening pleasure. What else could you need?

Should you wish to explore the area, our check in tablet system will provide you with access to local amenities including grocery delivery, local hot spots and restaurants.

PETS: Up to two dogs or cats are allowed by pre-approval only for an additional charge. Limit two total.

*Pets are $150 per pet.
The Pet Fee must be paid prior to check-in or your pet will not be allowed on the property.
*Your pet should be friendly and house trained. Dogs that utilize pee pads are NOT allowed.
*Your pet must be supervised by you at all times or crated in the room if left alone.
*Any pet that becomes disruptive will need to be removed immediately.
*You will be charged for any damage caused by your pet
*Limit of two pets.
*Due to insurance reasons, only non-aggressive dog breeds will be permitted.
*Must observe all city ordinances and beach guidelines.
*All vaccinations must be current.

Please note that this is a Short Term Rental. A $95 fee for accidental insurance coverage for up to $5,000 in accidental damage will be added to all rentals.
