With the Gulf always in your sights, you'll also be just steps away from the sand and surf by way of the home's direct beach access. A convenient outdoor shower is also equipped underneath the house. You'll also be able to walk to several great local dining options. Bait, charter services, boat rentals, and marinas can be found within 1.5 miles of the home.



The Space:

Completed in 2022, the home is a model of modern design. Cool coastal tones and complementary, beach-themed decor set the mood for your stay while all-new furnishings provide complete family comfort. The stainless steel kitchen comes well-equipped for at-home meal planning. A plush sectional and smart TV are ready to welcome casual downtime in the living room. Home essentials include central air-conditioning, free WiFi, and a private washer/dryer.



Guest Access:

Guest will have the entire property to themselves.



Other Things to Note:

- This property is directly next door to Beachfront bar and grill. There is potential for noise on the weekends in the summer months.

- No smoking is permitted anywhere on the premises. If there is any indication of smoking inside the property you will receive a 300 dollar fine.

- There is a propane grill on-site with proper grilling utensils.

-There is a pack n play available for use during your stay.

-Early Check In/Late Check out is available for an additional 50 dollars upon approval this is only valid 24 hours prior to your check in date if there is not a same day turn over.



Please note -

Any guests that are not granted late check out and do not check out by the check out time will be charged the additional fee.



We are on the City of Surfside’s water. There can be an occasional sulphur smell. There is a whole house water filtration system AND a water softener/treatment system on this property, we have never had issues with our water quality. There is also an additional RO system at the sink for your convenience when cooking, however we still recommend bringing drinking water and ice.



Interaction with Guests:

This property is self check in. You will not have to interact with the hosts during your stay. Please feel free to message us anytime during your stay and we will be available to assist you!
