❖️ GUEST VERIFICATION/DAMAGE WAIVER ❖️

✔ Upon booking, guests will be required to complete a guest verification through Truvi, our 3rd party screening and protection service. This service provides both our guests and our property with additional protection. Truvi will contact the main guest via email and/or text to complete the verification, and guests will be required to pay a $35 non-refundable damage waiver. Please complete the verification and damage waiver within 48 hours of booking.

✔ For VRBO and direct bookings any refunds due to cancellation are subject to a 4% processing fee.

✔ TVs are smart TVs for you to log into your apps (cable not provided)

✔ Water for home is well & septic. We have a filter for the entire house and an additional filter for the kitchen sink. You will need bagged ice.
✔ We spray for mosquitos every 3 weeks, and a spray may take place during your stay. We will do our best to notify you prior to any service.
✔ Bunk beds to be used at your own risk. Weight capacity from manufacturer for bunk beds: Full/full bunk: 300 lb. max top; Twin/twin bunk: 200 lb. max top
