They had a maintenance guy working on it, but it took quite awhile. The stairs wouldn't have been an issue for us, but we had a ton of stuff in the car to bring up to the room so we waited for the elevator in the lobby. The firepit outside was a great touch too! I think I paid $250Canadian which is by far cheaper than anything youll find in the Portland area. Probably the best hotel breakfast we've ever seen. Room was clean and comfortable, nice shower. 4.75/5 stars, only because of the elevator."
