"Our stat was excellent. The staff was friendly, check-in was a breeze. The room was large, pristine, with very comfortable beds and pillows. The website photos really don’t do the rooms justice! The pool area was nice, lots of places to sit. There were Adirondack chairs on the front lawn available to sit and enjoy the sun. The continental breakfast was simple; yogurt, cereal, bagels etc., well stocked in a comfortable setting. "

"Very nicely appointed hotel in the heart of Portland. The courtyard with fire is a lovely feature. Rooms very comfortable. Coffee maker on our floor wasn't working, but that's my only complaint."

"The room was clean, and had everything we needed, but the beds were not in great condition and the blankets & bed spreads looked about 15 yrs, old. We also never saw any staff at the front desk in the 2 days that we were there. We arrived late, and another guest helped us get into the building. The location was good & the parking was great. "
