"The location and the staff were exceptional. There were 2 issues that preventing me from rating all criteria “excellent”. The first that the bathroom only had 2 hooks on the back of the bathroom door. These hooks were in use by the hotel supplied bathrobe and hanging hair dryer. There was nowhere to hang a hand towel or any other towels once used. The second item was the noise at night. We stayed for 3 nights in room 310. The first two nights noise was not an issue.
