"Citizen M was a great hotel for our vacation. It has a fun vibe and the rooms were very quiet. Our bed and pillows were heavenly! The breakfast was delicious. The only downside was that the grab and go snacks and soft drinks were very overpriced. It's a neat place to stay!"

"No frills, but clean, comfortable stay in a fantastic location in Washington DC's chinatown. Huge variety of restaurants nearby (Fresh Baguette for breakfast and Chili Bistro for dinner were great!). The national mall is just a few blocks south; 5 minutes to the National Portrait Gallery, 18 minutes to the Air and Space Museum. Parking was about $27 with validation--be sure to park in the correct garage (one block south) and get the stamp on your card at the hotel."

"Very clean. nice big bedrooms. nice rooftop pool. full gym was also very nice. free bottled water was a plus. very close to the Castle Smithsonian. and easy access to the capital mall area. right on top of the metro and food court next door. Workers were very friendly and helpful. They also let you drop off your bags early if you get there before check in. Great place, highly recommend."

"Overall this place was fantastic, but there was one big problem. There's about a 1 inch marble lip on the floor transition from the bedroom to the bathroom area. Myself and other guests tripped over it repeatedly, badly bruising our toes and feet in general. One guy told me they put a bath towel over the transition to help cushion it, but I didn't hear that til Day 4 of a 5 day stay, with one toes possibly broken on my right foot. Seriously. Otherwise, this is a fantastic location and I would happily stay here again. Great food, staff, amenities, all 5 stars!"
