"We had a group of 10 guys visiting Indy for a car show. Everything was great. We had a few minor issues which the host fixed within one hour. The kitchen was very well stocked and plenty of towels and pillows for all of us. Will definitely reach out next time we visit Indy."

"We were attending a concert at Lucas Oil. The valet parking was backed up across the intersection and no organization. The lady at check in was not friendly. I had two rooms and was charged almost triple the rate and spent most of the next business day getting that corrected. When I went to get my car the keys were in a locked cabinet but not tagged all just thrown in there. I asked if I could look and found my keys and out sons. I could have picked any car and left! The rooms need 2 queens not full size beds. All in all we have an even in a couple months and we chose a different location. "
