"For someone with mobility issues this property would not work, but for anyone else this place is exceptional. With a beautiful layout that is thoughtfully furnished, immaculately clean, extremely well equipped, and ideally located both for convenience and aesthetics it met or exceeded all of our expectations. "We had a great getaway! Lots of rest and relaxation. The home had everything you could ever want. It was extremely comfortable. The dock, deck and fire pit were awesome to spend time outside and share meals together. The lake is quiet and peaceful. Would stay again! "The cottage was perfect for our trip to enjoy the finger lakes region because it was centrally located. Roxanne is a terrific host, easily accessible to answer questions about the area. "The property was clean and matched the photos. However, the listing is misleading. This is a unit in a house; you do not get the entire house, as there are other occupants on the other side. The big issue with this rental was how unaccommodating the host was when we requested to leave our suitcases after check-out. He did not try to help at all, which I thought was really inconsiderate on his part."

"This house was just right. It has 5 well spaced big bedrooms, and important to note a king bedroom and bath on the ground floor. The house was spotless and uncluttered. Each room had a fan and plenty of extra blankets and towels. One of the bedrooms is an apartment right off the kitchen. My son enjoyed this having this be very private. The outdoor porch was peaceful. All around great house"
