Great family room, but limited parking space

The family room was very simple, but exactly what we needed. Space for 2 adults and 3 teenagers, air conditioning was a life saver, clean, a large screen TV, plenty of plugs, fantastic mattress, very quite, 5 minutes ride to Frejus beach or Saint Raphael. The only big issue was the parking. Too small with limited space... The overflow parking was also full... A pity.

Make sure you have a booking number!

Arrived after 9pm and took an hour to gain entry as we weren't given a booking number and couldn't get in touch. Eventually got in. Hotel is clean but basic.

We came to a locked door and the code to enter our room did not work. We tried to contact the hotel and hotels.com, without luck. We had to get another hotel. Because the hotel couldn't be reached by hotels.com afterwards we didn't get a refund. Unprofessional from the hotel and hotels.com. Terrible experience.

Dans la confirmation d’Expedia, je n’avais pas le numéro de réservation à huit lettres. Or, j’avais besoin de ce numéro pour obtenir le code d’entrée à la borne puisque la réception n’ouvrait qu’à 17 h. J’ai donc dû téléphoner à l’hôtel pour obtenir ce code. J’estime qu’Expedia aurait dû me le donner.

Grand hôtel de centre-ville bien placé près de la gare chambre spacieuse rénové grande salle de bain grande douche de réconfortable grande télévision à une seule chose qui ne veut pas c'est l'odeur des égouts que l'on se dans tout l'hôtel et qui refoule dans les salles de bain mise à part ça tout est très bien et l'accueille est super sympa

Soggiorno senza pretese

Hotel 2 stelle per soggiorni senza pretese arredamento essenziale gabinetto separato dalla stanza da bagno che prevede una bella doccia ampia e anche il bidè (1000 punti). Armadio inesistente poche mensole e 2 appendini non idoneo per lunghe permanenze. Consiglio per chi vuole trascorrere un soggiorno in un hotel senza particolari esigenze il prezzo è il vero punto di forza. Presente specchio tutta altezza e tv. Aspetto negativo assenza completa della reception al nostro arrivo occorre pubblicizzare maggiormente che dopo le 21 non è presente nessuno per fare checkin noi siamo stati fortunati e abbiamo incontrato una ragazza gentilissima che ci ha fatto vedere come entrare in hotel e nella stanza in entrambi i casi occorre digitare un codice di accesso che era stato spedito via mail qualche minuto dopo il nostro arrivo con indicazione del numero della stanza. Ma non sempre è possibile leggere le mail se così fosse stato non avremo potuto alloggiare
