"The hotel is next to the train station, the beach and the city centre is very close also, the staff is amazing and kind, so the best choise in Cannes on a budget;)"

It is well air-conditioned, but the shower is so basic. If you want to partake in the evening buffet, you need to give them at least 24 hours notice even though hardly anyone shows up.
