I real.\n Ly liked that the hotel had a full size refrigerator and a small stove top think that was very amazing. However, I didn't like some stuff that I don't have at, I can't do that for you coming later, my room was missing a blanket and it took him 3 nights or almost 2. To get me a blanket other than that, you know, you always have to deal with, you know, neighbors that are messy and he left a bunch of beer cans and garbage outside my door and his door so I thought that was very disrespectful.\n But other than that, everything was good.

This location is clean and a very reasonable price for the San Jose area. Staff was helpful and friendly. I love the option of have a microwave, regular refrigerator and stove top for some light cooking. It also makes the rooms more spacious even if you don't utilize those amenities. I have stayed here many times visiting my family in the area.

The hotel was dirty.very dirty. This is the worst Expedia affiliated property that I am staying in. The only good thing amity this property was the staff. They were good and attended to me professionally and apologized for my concerns and unhappiness.

If all you are looking for is a clean room with a semi functioning tv & great AC- then this is for you! You get what you pay for. Pro- AC works like a champ! Con- if you stay for more than 1 day you have to exchange your dirty towels for clean ones at the front desk @ building A. No daily housekeeping Shampoo available upon request. No kitchen utensils/equipment already in the room. Not even shampoo & conditioner in the rooms

Pros and Cons

Pros: This was my second visit to this Newark location. I had a room that was the last available room. Oh no! But I stayed positive and stated, they save the best for last. They gave me a great room. Very clean. The staff was great. Asail in there maintenance department was very pleasant. Cons: Allowing guess to bring their pets without maintaining the hallway from there odor. There was dog hair on the floor. The odor was over whelming but it did not penetrate in to my room.

This property was very clean in a safe area parking was easily accessible. The bed was comfortable towels and linens were provided. The negative was a misrepresentation of breakfast being offered when I book hotels often if breakfast is included, it is a definite plus and I will choose those hotels over those that don’t provide breakfast, but in this case, I did choose this hotel because breakfast was included, but there was no breakfast included, what they had was something called grab and go breakfast . This included a packet of oatmeal which you added hot water to and coffee. There was no oatmeal and although coffee was available, there were no cups for you to put the coffee into, when I asked the front desk They told me they had run out of oatmeal packets and had a couple of granola bars if I wanted a granola bar. Coffee cups were provided with the cups used for the oatmeal. If I had known this was what meant I would not have chosen this hotel.

A Night or Two? Sure. A Week? Pack a Pillow. 3.5 If you need a place to crash for a night or two, this spot will do the trick. It’s clean, well-located, quiet, and reasonably priced, all solid wins. The room had everything you’d expect, including plenty of towels, and for the rate, it’s hard to gripe too much. That said, the bed was stiff and the pillows were practically nonexistent. The first night’s sleep was sheer exhaustion; the second was a restless battle against discomfort. Honestly, a decent pillow could’ve saved the whole experience, but having both a hard bed and flimsy pillows made a good night’s sleep a lost cause. Breakfast was underwhelming, some cereal, pastries, and small coffee cups that barely woke up my taste buds. A simple bagel with cream cheese would’ve been a game-changer. Now, for the real highlight, Emily. I think that was her name, anyway. She was at the front desk and was easily the best part of my stay, even though we only interacted for about three minutes. Sweet, kind, and genuinely beautiful, I say that not just as a guest, but as a photographer with a trained eye for symmetry, bone structure, eyes that make a poet pick up a pen, and that effortlessly charming smile. Will that help you decide whether to stay here? Probably not... unless you're casting a commercial. All in all, not a bad place for a short stay, but if you’re planning more than a couple nights, you might want to look elsewhere.
