"The room is clean but the tub is not working properly. It takes about 15 to 25 minutes for the water to drain after you shower , so I can’t use the tub to soak in. It’s frustrating. They do not clean the room, you have to ask for service, I did ask to clean for Saturday but non one show up. "

"The room was moderately clean-didn’t look as if the floor was swept. No hand towels, only two bath towels. The smoke alarm in the ceiling was missing—just exposed wiring. TV remote didn’t work. We checked in then left to see a play. We returned late, so we didn’t call front desk to notify them. Not sure how it would have been remedied late at night."

"The room was clean enough. The bed was extra soft which may be good for some folks. There were bottles hanging in the bathroom that should have had soap, shampoo and conditioner. They were empty. One of the amenities I was most looking forward to using was the hot tub and the pool. Both were closed and looked as though they had been for some time. Just don't LIST THINGS that don't work! I didn't use the breakfast. It looked ok. Mostly bread and waffles and coffee but slightly better than the usual pre-packaged Danishes you would find at many places. Overall, you get what you pay for."

"The lobby and rooms are nice and it’s in a good location to get to downtown. The room was not ready until 45 minutes after check-in time which was annoying because it wasn’t crowded. The bar had good food. Overall a good place!"

"A good stopover if you’re visiting Monterey bay aquarium or nearby places. The property is pretty new and has restaurant and a full service bar on site. The best part is the pool and spa which is very accessible and well maintained."

"Room was clean, older property. Great location. Would come back again."
