"One of the worst travel experiences we've ever had - completely unprofessional and disrespectful. By looking at other people's reviews, it appears that we are not the only travelers to have our booking cancelled by Hotel Vacanceole without notice. Concerned by an email we received, we called our travel agent twice to confirm that our booking was still valid - and were reassured both times that the Hotel said the room was still available. "Logement situé en hauteur, avec beau paysage. Logement simple avec petit frigo donc pas assez grand dans la mesure où pas de commerces proches. À savoir, c’est envahi d’hirondelles, espèces protégées donc pas possible de profiter de son balcon, de faire sécher les serviettes…et du coup ça gâche un peu les vacances car pas de p’tit déjeuner ou repas en extérieur. Il fait très chaud l’été pas de Clim. Prévoir ventillo et parasol et transat car il n’y en pas à la piscine !! Très déçu de ce petit...

No grill, no toaster, coffee machine was there but there was moldy coffee left in it. Walls had been repaired in a really poor way in places and the equipment was old and not clean.
