"My wife and I spent a week at La Playa Orient Bay and absolutely loved it. The property is not exactly “upscale” or fancy but is definitely nice, clean, and very comfortable. It’s steps from the beautiful beach and an easy walk to numerous quality restaurants of various cuisines as well as a small market. Also loved the beach bar and its friendly French proprietor GP. Staff is friendly and helpful. Only small negative is that other properties are much closer than they appear in the pictures, but that didn’t detract from our stay at all. We’d love to go back. "

The beach is absolutely gorgeous, the staff was very friendly and accommodating- we especially enjoyed the staff who worked at the beach: Nico, Mathias and Ansel were excellent.
