"Although the house doesn't sit directly in front of the beach, you can still get a good view from the top deck. It was a small house, but that's what we were looking for. Who needs a huge house when you're planning on spending majority of your time outdoors anyway?? It was clean, cute and easily accessible. Hose at the bottom of the steps to rinse off with. Trashcan right outside in case you make a lot of trash. Washer/dryer is a nice touch. I even got the meet the owners of the home while we were there and they were great! I highly recommend. 5/5! "

"For a one night stay it was okay. Yes it's walking distance to the beach/ocean , which made it super convenient but the studio we stayed in was " updated" per employee but it was still run-down. Make sure to bring your own water bottles. Stove only had 2 /4 burners operable and there was zero cookware. The beds and blankets were very soft and comfortable. I personally would not stay there again. "

"Great Experience! Fabulous house, the lagoon next to the property was awesome, loved the sounds of waves on one side and wildlife on the other. The beds here were the best I have experience in a rental. Had all the things for children ready to go. Also has cleaning supplies if you need them. Which with kids it's great to have a broom and mop, etc. available I would highly recommend. "

"Had a good stay since the weather cooperated. Sheet and mattress cover was dirty. The shower curtain liner was stained & dirty needed to be replaced before we could use the shower. We had to call three times to get any service. The picnic table was tilted & they tried to add screws but the table was skewed and we couldn't even put anything on it. The plastic chairs on the deck were a hazard because of the broken and sharp edges. We were short on utensils for cooking and dinner wear for eating. there were no hangars for our clothes and we didn't know to bring our own. we needed a second blanket. we were in sea turtle number two this time. it was the second time we've been at this location. We were charged for cleaning but didn't get that service until we called and asked for it. why it there such a high host fee. It seems like it is a rip off because there really wasn't a host service."

"Was overall a great stay- we would stay here again! The host was very responsive from booking to checkin. The peoperty was clean and had all ammenties described and then some. The house was in a fantastic location with the ability to walk to the beach and right around the corner from Swan Lake. Highly recommend!"
