"We had such a great family Christmas at this beachfront home! The host was so quickly available throughout the process for answering any and all questions. Check-in and check-out were so easy. The bedrooms were all very spacious with a bathroom for each. The kitchen was well supplied with dishes, silver, pots & pans and cooking utensils. My only suggestion to future guests is to be sure and bring extra paper towels, kitchen trash bags, foil, Saran Wrap, etc…We so enjoyed the easy access to the beach. It made it so easy for the kids to run back and forth to the house—-and to watch them from the patio deck. It was a great house and a great stay!"

"The kitchen had everything we needed to cook for our large group. There were lots of beds and bathrooms to accommodate our large family! The house was so close to the water with a walkway to the beach directly. There was a beautiful view from the balconies."

Joe might’ve been the most responsive host we’ve ever had. He answered every question or concern within minutes , even on Thanksgiving, so he definitely cares about making sure his guests are ok and highly satisfied . Would def come back! "
