"This house is perfect! It is beautiful and very clean. The hosts thought of everything and it is very well stocked. Everyone really enjoyed the binoculars that were provided, perfect for sitting on the patios and watching the ships. Location is also great, you’re right on the beach in an area that doesn’t get super crowded. Can’t wait to come back!"

"This home was adorable, perfectly located, and offered an absolutely breathtaking ocean view! We were immediately impressed when we opened the front door. The lights were on, the TV and music were playing, and they had even left a special treat for our pup such a thoughtful touch and wonderful customer service..The location was fantastic. A quick walk over the sand dune takes you right to the ocean, and if you’re not feeling quite that adventurous, the beach access is just one house down. As noted in the listing, the home uses well water. We did notice a strong odor when we arrived, but management responded quickly and explained that the system had recently been serviced. They recommended running the water throughout the house for a while. It would have been preferable for this to have been done before our arrival, but the odor dissipated after we ran the water.. Filtered water is also available at the kitchen sink..The home had nearly everything we needed, although the silverware, knives, and skillets could use replacing. A couple of the ocean facing bedroom windows also need attention, as they did not close completely and allowed wind, heat, and humidity inside. The screen in the main bedroom could use replacing as well. For rinsing off after the beach, we found a hose on the left side of the house that worked perfectly. Adding a hose to the deck spigot would be a helpful improvement, too. Overall, we really enjoyed our stay, loved the home, beautiful view and we come back."

"We had a fantastic time at Coastal Soul over Labor Day Weekend. The host is very responsive even before finalizing our booking. We traveled with six adults, two young children (4 months, 1 year) and three dogs (2 small dogs, 1 ESA). The house was clean and had all of the essentials plus more. The house is on the side of the main road that faces the beach so you have a beautiful view of the ocean from the deck. There is no direct walking access from the house to the beach but the public beach access is only a few minute walk and you can drive your car directly on the beach with no permit needed. A couple of things we noticed- the coffee pods were all decaf so we made a trip to Culture Coffee in the mornings for our caffeine fix. The couch in the living room facing the TV is a bit uncomfortable. There are no full length mirrors in the house. Bring your own drinking water since drinkable water is limited. And don’t be surprised to see yellow water in the toilet bowls. Aside from those little details everything else was great. Perfect weekend getaway with your family, friends, young children, and pets! Beautiful ocean views. Relaxing and easy to access location."

"Our stay was great. The host was responsive and helpful. Location was perfect for fishing and beach going. We had a wonderful time. One of the group had to work a couple of days and the wifi was perfect. My husband and friend found a canoe. They patch it up and used it to go fishing. It was awesome. All credit to Flex-Seal. "

"We had the most incredible stay at this beach house! The house was absolutely unbelievable—10 bedrooms, beautifully updated, fresh, clean, and so spacious. It was perfect for our large group and especially amazing for families with kids.They truly thought of everything. There was even a play area right by the kitchen, which was such a great touch for the little kids, plus a movie theater and game room that everyone loved.The owner was absolutely amazing—so kind, helpful, and incredibly responsive throughout our stay. The location by the beach was perfect, and the entire house exceeded our expectations.We would 100% stay here again and cannot recommend it enough, especially for a big family or group trip. Truly such a special house and an amazing experience!"
