"Check in was easy and simple. Location is perfect. House was spacious enough for our large family. This house is close to a 5 star review but it was dirty when we arrived. Even though the cleaning crew was still there finishing up at 5pm the house was still dirty. Crumbs on the bed, kitchen stove top not wiped down and floor was not swept. Communication with the management company was very easy and they were able to fix the problem with the game room water pressure quickly. Overall we had a wonderful time and the house itself is perfect for large groups and the beach access is very convenient. The pool is a plus! We would definitely rent this house again, just hoping it’s cleaner next time. We had a great time! "

"Another fun stay at this venue! Our only complaint was that there seemed to be something going on with the hot water. We couldn't seem to get any in some of the bathrooms, and had to take a lot of VERY cold showers. It would be nice if that were corrected by next year."
