"Fenced yard with large crate for inside-Couldn’t have been any better for pets. If you need a fan , bring your own. No box or small fans in house. Beach was right there. Great views. Close to town, but not too close. They provided hotel style soaps, shampoos, good towels, and laundry detergent. Outside lighting excellent. Beds were all good. King bed was excellent comfort. Downstairs also has comfortable sitting area and table, With charcoal type barbecue grill. Highly recommend this property. We’ll be back. "

Joe might’ve been the most responsive host we’ve ever had. He answered every question or concern within minutes , even on Thanksgiving, so he definitely cares about making sure his guests are ok and highly satisfied . Would def come back! "

"What a beautiful home with a beautiful view! We stayed in this home with four adults and five children, had plenty of room with room to spare. The kids loved the beach toys and the adults loved the balcony watching the sunrise and sunsets. Having five little kids we especially appreciated a beach without a crowd. The ice cream truck was a fun surprise. Overall a wonderful stay making great memories. The host was amazing, very kind and went above and beyond to make everything perfect."
