"I booked a room for two days. When we got there the front office lady had an attitude with me for no reason. Told me that the previous Tennants messed up the room but her cleaning person did a "bang up job" walked into the room bed sheets were clean and that was it. Ashes on almost every surface. The refrigerator was so dirty the water stunk so bad. Then to top it off charged me extra cause I forgot to leave the key but brought it back an hour later. "When we checked in they didn’t have the room we booked available due to a leak. The only room type they had available was one with a bed and pull out couch. We made it work. There was a missing smoke detector in our room, the vent cover in the bathroom was missing, there was visible damage from a leak in the room we were given.
