"This home was GORGEOUS! The bunkroom and 1 queen room were downstairs. The bunkroom was awesome. Each bed area had a charging area and light. 2 bathrooms down stairs were nice! Plenty of room in the living room to lounge. Now let's get to what made it special. You can't beat those views! Plus the host had beach chairs (several) beach toys, 3 different types of grills, and outdoor games/floats. We spent our time fishing, playing volleyball and enjoying the views together with friends. Will definitely come back! Oh! The host was SUPER responsive and kind. Few things I should mention. No trash bins - it has to be taken across the way. The upstairs bed doesn't seem like a queen, more like a full. The 2 queen rooms dont have TVs. No outside fridge so it seemed like someone used the indoor one for fish. Very minor things which totally didn't stop us from having the best time."

"We had an excellent time and experience! The house is huge. The place was very clean. It had everything you could need in the kitchen. The check in and check out process was seamless. The house is located right between jamaica beach and surfside, so there are lots of options if you want to go out and eat. Also, instacart delivers! I wish we would have rented a golf cart. We made the drive to set up on the beach, but it is walkable from the house. Overall just a good experience. The hot tub was also a hit!"

"Overall excellent stay and very nice place right on the shoreline. Couple small things I'd recommend is to have many more towels on hand for larger families and also more cleaning supplies like soap, paper towels, etc. Obviously these things go fast with a family of 6. All else was great. 9 out of 10. Thanks!"

"The A/C was cold with the new units even when it was near 100 degrees outside. They are currently updating some of the stuff but it didn’t interfere with our stay . Good to see it being updated. Host was very responsive to our needs and I definitely recommend this place . Plenty of parking as well, Which helped with my boat . We will be back ."

"This home is a new, clean, very well stocked beautiful. It was perfect for by three older kids and their families. The queen beds with the bunks on top and custom drawers on the broom was perfect. The kitchen, family room and unbelievably deck on the second floor was great for family games and meals. We will definitely be returning because the grandkids did a lot of fishing off the bottom dock area. It also has a shower where everyone rinsed off after a fun day at the beach. They thought of everything for this house. The kids did not want to leave. Oh wait the big screen TVS in the bedrooms and family room were a favorite! Highly recommends this home."
