"Even though it was father away from Galveston than we expected we loved the stay. Beautiful views, quiet, quick walk to lovely sandy beach. The only thing we struggled with was when we arrived (at night) it was impossible to see address on the house. Having the address on the lower/street level would be great for arrival. "Even better than expected!! Layout of this house is perfection - plenty of space for us all to be together without ever feeling crowded. Kitchen was amazing to cook in (best view I've ever prepared a meal with), and made cooking for and serving 30 people a breeze. There were a few hiccups with some of the equipment working (I can only imagine what a beast maintenance is on a house this size) but host was very responsive and helpful. We were a little intimidated by all the stairs at first but in the end even my elderly father was able to take his time and enjoyed the place so much he never gave the stairs a second thought. Air conditioning worked great. Each family enjoyed having control over the temperature in their bedroom. Everyone agreed that this will be our annual family vacation spot from here on out.Tips: Remember to bring your own paper towels and toilet paper - We had a large crowd and knew there wouldn't be enough dishes so we also brought our own paper plates and plastic ware, cups etc. Also with a beach trip you want to bring your own beach gear and towels. There were enough towels provided for the bathrooms in the house, but not for the beach too. "

"The only issue we had was only one bathroom had hot water ,the valve in the hall bath probably needed to be adjusted .,other than that it was a good stay "

"The house and location is absolutely gorgeous, we had a wonderful stay. There are two full-size refrigerators and a separate big freezer in the kitchen, which made things so easy inconvenient for all the groceries we had to bring for a large group. Highly recommend booking here, there is so much space. "

"Incredibly beautiful inside and out, had the most amazing ocean view even from the windows. Loved the comfort of the home, the beds all were so comfortable. Maid did so good coming and provided extra of everything to help keep it clean. We loved the kid tots and books, WiFi and apps to use. Beach directly 10 feet across the road. Short distance to Galveston loved and will def tell our friends. Great response and customer service from the sweet owners!"
