"We had an amazing stay at this beautiful property. The flat was well-equipped with everything we needed for a relaxing short break. The property was spotless and well-maintained. The kitchen was fully stocked and we welcomed the added extras. The living area was compact yet efficiently designed. "Spectacular apartment in a superb location. On the coastal road, cliff top. Beach below just across the road. 2 minute walk to a super pub/restaurant - The Spyglass & Kettle. Apartment was clean. There are a couple of things that need attention, water pressure is quite bad and although the bathroom is spectacular, it would take hours to fill the bath and the shower heads need replacing. I did bring this up with the provider so we shall see if they follow my advice! Communication could be better...

"WiFi wasn't working when we arrived. I had to reboot the router. The TV wasn't working when we arrived. New batteries in the remote solved the problem. No other issues. We had a lovely holiday and the apartment has truly beautiful views down to the beach & out to sea. We would stay there again."

"Lovely well-kept apartment in a central location. Easy to locate. Both paid and free parking available nearby. The small welcome hamper was a nice touch. However the flat doesn’t have a dishwasher. Also the sofa bed mattress a bit worn out as we could feel the springs! "

I then had to wait for 5 DAYS expecting and being told each day that an engineer would come to fix it. Nobody ever came. Whilst I had to wait in the apartment throughout that time for somebody to come, expecting someone to. But they kept breaking their word. I've honestly never met a company less bothered about their property not having working heating...
