Overall, my experience was okay. The room itself was fine, but it wasn’t very clean — I found hairs and some blood stains on the sheets. The hotel is also right next to the freeway, so it was a bit noisy at night. Staff was amazing and breakfast was good !

good for a one night stay. it’s convenient, next to a few fast food places, and affordable. the water pressure in my room wasn’t that great, and I was afraid to go number two in my own room because it didn’t seem like it wanted to flush most of the time. but like I said, it’s affordable for an overnight stay.

Refurbished goes a long way for more days to stay.

The 1st room was dirty and smelled like a smokers room we asked for another room this room was refurbished very nice and comfortable thank you for lustening to the people. People who work hard deserve a better comfortable nights stay thank you for clean and comfort especially the refurbished room. It goes a long way and we would be pleased to stay another time with you .

The hotel room we got was really clean and very spacious. We are a big family and it fit our needs. The desk helper, sorry I didn’t catch his name. Was a great help!

Its not 5 star, but i didnt pay 5 star rates, so it is what it is. It was clean. Its right off the freeway and in close proximity to fast food, restaurant or 2 (i think i saw a Dennys) and gas stations. It was ok for the price.

We received amazing service starting from Benny at the front desk and friendly staff that we see in the complex. We also liked how the hotel was walking distance from the other fast food restaurants around the area. Other family members also booked a room downstairs that was accessible for my mother who uses a walker and wheelchair, and was pet friendly for a very reasonable additional fee. I am not complaining how they let us book the suite instead of a regular room without a without an additional charge because they said everything was already fully booked. However, the room looked like it was in a bad condition. The microwave oven was missing legs and needed to be propped up to utilize, there was a huge hole on the ceiling, exposing electrical wires, there are sticky stuff on the hangers, and there were stain marks on the bedsheets. I guess for its price, we get what we paid for, but you just have to prepare yourself and know what to expect.

Bathroom looked a little dirty, the room had a smell I couldn't tell what it was, maybe it was the cleaner. Staff was friendly and beds were comfy. Coffee was not good sorry. Room had a microwave and a mini fridge. Lots of fast food restaurants within walking distance.

The room was decently clean, although the curtains were a bit musty and there was old toothpaste stuck on the wall in the bathroom. The lights above the breakfast station were also very dusty. You only get two very thin towels and no housekeeping unless you stay for more than 3 days, I believe. We also only had two pillows - one was so thin that I had to fold it over to make it usable. Despite that, it was still a nice stay. The room was mostly clean and the area felt safe. For what we paid, it’s a decent place with a suitable breakfast selection. The staff was kind as well.

Good price but terrible cleaning

Service was excellent 🙏, but I will give 1 star because I found hair in the tub, in the bed and dog food in the corners the towels poor quality and with yellow and black stains.
