"We checked in got settled and turned the TV on, but, could only get 1 channel. I took the remote control down to the front desk to see if I needed a replacement. The attendant came to our room to check on the issue, rebooted the set and said to wait for it to restart and if it didn't work to call her so she could come back and re-check.
Finally, the TV came back on, still only 1 channel. I tried to call, but no answer or dial tone! Went back down to let her know and she came back and checked again, still the same. I asked for a discount, but could not since it was booked through Expedia. She offered to move us to a room downstairs, but, we just said forget it we would just stay in the room.
Breakfast was supposed to be until 10:00am. I went down to get us breakfast at 9:20am and they were already starting to close up. The attendant was not very friendly, but, the lady cleaning up was nice.
When I checked out, I mentioned the TV and phone situation to make sure they looked into it and the attendant, again was not very pleasant. The first one, when we checked in was nice and tried to help."
