"Beautiful, peaceful retreat, on incredible San Juan Island. Didn’t want to leave!!! Hosts were incredibly hospitable, helpful, enjoyable. Breakfast was delicious. Inn is lovely, inside and out. Goats and alpacas were an entertaining bonus! "

"This house is perfect for a couple or family. Two bedrooms with queen beds and the softest sheets and comforter. A full sized kitchen and family, facing the bay. A beautiful deck with bbq and comfortable seating. There’s a separate structure/studio which has a queen sized bed and heated flooring. The grounds are beautifully kept with extra sitting areas. Highly recommend, will go back again!"

"We loved our stay at this location. It had everything we needed. Beds were comfortable. It was quiet and secluded as the last house on the road. Great views. We tried to catch crab and shrimp but we weren't lucky for our one try. A very nice relaxing stay. Host was very attentive."

"We planned a short getaway to Friday Harbor with our two small children. I booked the room with the garden terrace not quite knowing what to expect. WOW! Although we felt a little awkward with the kids (most people staying there at the time did not have kids), we were very warmly welcomed by the staff. The garden terrace rooms led right outside the the lawn, views of the ferries, and fire pits. We were able to get the kids asleep and step outside to enjoy a drink and the fires both nights. We regretfully did not eat dinner at the restaurant at Friday Harbor House (no menu options that seemed feasible for a picky toddler), but we did enjoy a delicious breakfast. The room and amenities were excellent. I enjoyed my first experience making coffee with a Chemex, and I appreciated the bottles of wine available for purchase just inside the room. If we had not brought the kids with us, I could have happily spent the whole time at the hotel enjoying the views. For those with kids, the grocery store is just down the street, the whale museum is next door, and there are multiple coffee shops and ice cream places a stone's throw away. I can't wait to come back here again!"
