"My room was air-conditioned which I loved, being that this summer in Europe has been exceedingly hot. The room was very clean and the bed quite comfortable. The staff are very friendly and helpful. They helped set me up with their WiFi system which is essential when traveling overseas. This was my second stay at this hotel this summer as I had two plane trips out of Berlin. It is very convenient and amazingly affordable given the quality of the rooms and its proximity to the airport. I was able to get a good nights sleep prior to the long flight to the US. I didn’t eat at the hotel so I can’t comment on their food. With the airport next door it is easy to step into the Rewe supermarket or one of the kiosks for a quick meal."

Premier Inn Berlin Alexanderplatz

"It is centrally located within 5 minutes walk to the station with good connections by S Bahn, Metro, buses, trams from front of the hotel itself. It is a good transit hotel, staff were helpful, breakfast was very good. There is a shopping mall very close. It is premier Inn but free Wi-Fi thrown in would have been an added incentive to return. Otherwise recommend for a few days of transit."

"A very clean and luxurious hotel that doesn't come with the 5 star price. The reception area was always well staffed and the hotel shop was well stocked at reasonable prices. The check in was painless and as we got there early we were able to leave our bags and go off for a wander while the room got ready. The room was clean, spacious and had all the amenities that we needed. We didn't have the breakfast as we thought 25 Euros each was a bit excessive but i know from a previous visit that it was a fine spread. I would recommend getting off the U-Bahn at Mendelson rather than Potsdamer Platz as it's a fair walk with bags from there in comparison"
