"excellent hotel in a quiet area near alexanderplatz, very welcoming service and easy with public transport all day long. we were upgraded too so this made us really happy"

"The property was very clean. The room was spacious and very comfortable. Staff were exemplary and very helpful. An overall excellent stay. My only small criticisms were that the room was a little too hot the first couple of nights(though this became fine after that) the fitness centre was fine but there could be more specific explanation aboutwhat it included, restaurant food was quite expensive and it was not clear that there was no bathtub in the room."
