"I didn't even think about it being an extended stay type property, which it is, so I was a little surprised by that but I can't fault the property for that. I booked it because the other Sonesta property in the area was full. The staff were nice and the room was clean. "

"I don’t know, our room we had reserved for almost a week was given away to an award member and we never received a phone call letting us know until we were checking in. "

"The shuttle was good. The room was decent with a nice bathroom. The problem was the internet. It was unusable all night and morning too. I needed to get things done on my laptop and the signal was too weak. That ruined the stay for me and I left early so I could go somewhere else to get work done. Not ever going back"

"Room nice and big, Breakfast was good. Only issue was they do not tell you that you need to request room cleaning. 1st day they didn't touch the room, 2nd day all they did was drop off fresh towels. The room was never cleaned during the Thur-Sun stay. A little disappointment. "

"The number to call for the hotel shuttle was very difficult to find. I had to make several calls. It was not listed on my reservation from Expedia. "

"I would not recommend this hotel. I needed to postpone our stay due to a schedule change, so I sent a message to the property several times with NO reply to any of the messages. I was still charged for the unused hotel night. Hopefully, it's just a case of something falling through the cracks and not the norm for this facility. We have a couple more trips to Columbus in the coming months, but we will likely not be staying here, as I have seen other comments about poor customer service."
