"Absolutely terrible! Since I had an early morning flight, I confirmed the airport shuttle several times when checking in. But in the morning, they suddenly told me the shuttle was not running and said I should just take an Uber. Do NOT stay at this hotel. Ever."

"I have stayed here several times because the staff are always friendly and helpful. The airport shuttle and parking on site are a huge convenience. Our shuttle driver, Richard, was kind and funny."

"Staff member Vela was very helpful. Delicious breakfast available at 6 am and my wait for shuttle to the airport was about 2 minutes. The shuttle driver was also extremely nice (especially for such an early hour)!"

"My room wasn't cleaned when I checked in, I then went and ask the front desk if it could be cleaned and was told that it was already cleaned due to the floor being done but there was cleaning staff on the floor when I got on my floor mind you it was 4:30 PM when I checked in. I then asked the cleaning staff if I could at least get new bed sheets on the bed and new towels . I was given new towels and bed sheets but there was trash in the room from the last guest, I had to take the old sheets off the bed and it seemed that was an issue to get the staff to put new ones on . Then when I asked for a manager I was told they wouldn't be in till Monday. Then Sunday morning at 4:00 am the bus shuttle worker made it seem like my sister and I were going to steal drinks from the little store when we seen the sign we had to call someone, even after he seen me dialing the number he stated he was going to call because he doesn't know if I called the number listed even tho the lady came over to help us while he was in the process of calling her. I normally stay at this hotel and love it because it's so close to family and by Easton but I'm thinking I'll never book again . "

"When book the hotel I filtered include continental breakfast not paid breakfast and doesn’t say paid breakfast when booking. On Saturday there were four teenagers running up and down hallways yelling and knocking very loud on outside room door almost woke my 5yrs old autistic child and could have meltdown, when went to pool go swim their were only two clean towel and not enough towels for other guests and their were tiny ants along water vents. When housekeepers clean rooms she didn’t restock coffee nor tea station in room with tea, coffee, sugar, cups and over sinks didn’t restock with no cups nor soap bar. Very poor service, and very dissatisfied with everything. I’ll not recommend this hotel to friend nor family member how bad service was"
