"Amir hat sehr schnell, freundlich und hilfsbereit mit uns kommuniziert. Jedoch war die Unterkunft trotz vorheriger Reinigungskraft sehr schmutzig. Die Decken waren fleckig und voller Haare. Und das Bad war leider nicht viel besser. Die Badtüre ist sehr schmutzig und die Clownfiguren etwas unheimlich. Der Kühlschrank hat in der Küche etwas stärker gerochen. Bzgl der Wohnung sollte hierbei eine neue Reinigungskraft eingestellt und die Dekoration überdacht werden."

"Hemos ido dos familias durante 5 días, y se han hecho largos, porque el apartamento estaba muy sucio, estaba lleno de arañas, hormigas y toda clase de insectos. Hemos terminado llenos de picaduras. Por otro lado, en el sótano, donde hay una habitación y un cuarto de baño, la pared está llena de humedad y olía mal y en la parte de arriba, a parte de estar lleno de bichos hacia mucho calor.En resumen, que no hemos podido descansar.
