Welcome to 136 Ocean Creek—your spacious coastal retreat overlooking the lush greens of the Fripp Island golf course. This beautifully appointed 5-bedroom, 5-bath home blends relaxed Lowcountry charm with modern comforts, wrapped in a serene off-white-and-blue coastal color scheme.



Step inside to an open-concept main level where the living, dining, and kitchen spaces flow effortlessly. The kitchen is designed for gathering and cooking with ease, featuring stainless steel appliances, granite countertops, a gas range, and an island with seating for three. An adjacent eight-seat dining table provides ample room for meals and conversation.



The inviting living room offers a cozy sectional sofa and a wood-burning fireplace, perfect for unwinding after a day at the beach. Just beyond, a screened porch with multiple seating areas frames peaceful golf course views, creating the ideal spot for morning coffee or evening relaxation.



The main-level primary suite, located off the living room, features a king bed, deck access, and a spacious en-suite bath with a double vanity, walk-in shower, and a separate toilet area.



A full laundry room and full bath are also conveniently located on the first floor.



Upstairs, guests will find four additional bedrooms:



A queen bedroom with a private en suite bath featuring a tub/shower combo



Two queen bedrooms connected by a Jack-and-Jill bath



A generous family bedroom with one queen bed plus two twin-over-queen bunks, complete with its own en suite bath offering a double vanity and walk-in shower

136 Ocean Creek is the perfect home base for multi-family vacations, golf getaways, and unforgettable island escapes.

Your rental includes up to 13 guest cards. These cards are required for access to all resort amenities, including restaurants and bars, pools (open year-round), golf, pickleball, tennis, fitness center, and more. For current hours of operation, please visit our Hours of Operation page on the Resort site, as some hours adjust seasonally. Guest cards offer exclusive access to discounted rates on golf and tennis.



Your unit includes a starter set of essentials like toilet paper and paper towels. Springtide Market & Deli (located at the front of the island near the guard gate) stocks everything you need for a longer stay, plus groceries, grab-and-go, liquor, beach accessories, and more!

Located 20 miles from Beaufort, South Carolina, Fripp Island is a gated, private island covering about six and a half square miles. The views from Fripp Island are unlike others in the Sea Islands, as Fripp is the most seaward of them all.

With two championship golf courses, five pool complexes, 12 pickleball courts, 6 tennis courts, and three-and-a-half miles of uninterrupted beach, Fripp Island is an unspoiled treasure.
