Mountain Modern Condo - Just 1 Block Off Main Street - Downtown Frisco

It's hard to imagine a better location in Frisco as you'll be in walking distance of Main St, which is filled with restaurants and bars. On most evenings, you'll be able to enjoy live acoustic music on the balcony from nearby Foote's Restaurant. Music ends at 9, so no worry about late night noise. The condo complex is very quiet, ensuring a restful stay.

Inside, you'll be amazed with the size of the condo. All the bedrooms are located on the bottom floor, featuring 2 king size beds and a room with 4 bunk beds. Additionally, there are 2 full bathrooms on the bottom level. Perfect for a family get-a-way!

Upstairs brings you to a large, open kitchen. The kitchen is full of new, high-end appointments, making this condo the perfect place for entertaining guests or cooking a large family meal. Additionally, the balcony has a Weber grill if your looking to do some BBQ'ing.

The family room features a large comfy couch and huge tv (with streaming capabilities - Netflix and Sling provided). Perfect for relaxing after a fun day at the slopes.

The condo is family friendly, stocked with a high chair, pack n play, and a small selection of books/toys.

The spacious garage has 3 dedicated spaces and a ski locker, making it easy to start/end your ski day.

Frisco's location between 5 major ski resorts (Vail, Breckenridge, Keystone, Copper Mountain, A Basin) allows you easy access to ski Colorado's best resorts (all within 30 Frisco an ideal location for your winter get-away. Several resorts offer bus service to Frisco, allowing you to avoid traffic/parking issues that might arise at the resort (relax and let someone else do the driving!).

Frisco does not slow down in the summer, offering incredible hiking and mountain biking opportunities. Looking for something a little more laid back? Scenic Lake Dillion is a 10 minute walk, where you can enjoy some relaxing beach time. The marina offers plenty of water activities including paddle board and boat rentals.

Amazing location, comfortable space

Half-block from the Copper and Breckenridge buses. One block from shopping and restaurants in every direction. Generous parking and a quiet location. We'll be back.

Fantastic Fall Weekend in Frisco

Great property and great location in the center of town. Close the main street and downtown. The fireplace made the upstairs gathering room warm and cozy. We will be back.

Family- friendly, walkable location

We loved our stay with our two young kids in this condo. It was well set up for families, including toys, a high chair, and kids dishes. It’s in a great location that makes all of downtown Frisco and the lake easily walkable. The condo was a bit tricky to find since there isn’t an address number leading to the garage, but the property management company was responsive and helpful. This will definitely be our go to spot when visiting Frisco.

We frequented Main Street as it was just a block away, and did trips to Copper (15min), A-Basin (25min) and Vail (45 min). The kitchen & baths had everything we needed and the garage was an extra nice perk in February. Additionally, management was very responsive & helpful in working with us on issues that came up before we traveled. Luckily we made it on our trip as planned but we grateful for the prompt communication beforehand. It was a great place to stay.

Good Condo

The condo is a good value especially for larger groups. The layout is unusual but functional. Facilities & appliances were very good. Now the bad news: If you expect A/C as the online ad describes, you will be disappointed. No A/C! You need to change the listing to reflect that. Second, we contacted the property manger for a question and we NEVER heard back from him. Big negative!

Great location

When we moved in, the unit was not very clean, with LOTS of open food containers, grocery bags left behind, laundry was left in both the washer and dryer, towels and linens unstacked, and it smelled strongly of air freshener. It had an unclean and unkept feel. The cleaners and prior guests had done little to straighten up. We were there for a month, so we cleaned more thoroughly. But when I had to clean the vacuum because it was so dirty and full that it overheated and quit working, I asked for compensation. The management company refunded almost double what I proposed, so I felt they treated me quite fairly. And promptly. The rest of the stay went very well.

Great but One Issue

The place was nearly perfect as it's a great location, clean, easy to check-in and stocked with all the necessities. But two issues: It was advertised as 3.5 bath but it's only 2.5 bath. And with the master shower, the shower drain was extremely slow...to a point where the water was at your ankles within a few minutes. While the intention was not to take super long showers but after a cold day on the mountain, it's always nice to soak in a hot shower for a bit longer than normal. But standing in that high water was pretty nasty. On top of that, I nearly slipped backwards coming out. I'll give the property manager some credit as they were extremely responsive when I first let them know. They said a plumber would come that day. When they didn't show after a day, I let them know. Again, they were responsive but that was the last I heard from them. For the money we paid, it was a disappointing experience.

We were able to go on walks and hikes directly from the condo.The cleanliness fell short of expectations, and the mattresses left much to be desired in terms of comfort. Despite some drawbacks, the overall experience was enriched by the generously sized living spaces and the strategic positioning of the condo.

Nice location

Top floor of condo was extremely spacious and great for two families to spread out. The kitchen was huge! It was nice to have the deck for fresh mountain mornings. The location was great as far as walking distance to Main Street and the marina, but does overlook an alley and the dumpsters from Foote's Rest. We did enjoy the smell of their wood fire pit in the evenings though!

Obviously we were beyond our cancellation date and requested that the owner consider giving us a credit for the cleaning fee which was not necessary as we did not occupy the unit. We took no luggage in nor sit down. The owner said he would "review the paperwork". Never heard from him again after a couple of messages. Not good business. We rented a nearby unit that we loved and were very happy to not be stranded. BE CAREFUL. Was very surprised where the positive reviews could have really come from.
