"Even though I may have picked the right hotel in the wrong part of Texas, I wasn’t expecting to be in Irving Texas, but I am very glad I did. That was my first time booking a trip not knowing that there was two airports. The overall experience was great. Five stars room service respected my do not disturb sign. I flew solo just to do a getaway from Chicago. The vending machine wasn’t too far from my room. There were cameras in the hallway that made it feel safe the breakfast every morning was always fresh nicely restocked and on time the room temperature was just right. I was there for four days and I barely wanted to leave my room due comfortability the front desk was very exceptional and helpful. I will come back this time. I will fly into DFW to get shuttle service directly to the hotel but overall I appreciate the hospitality"

"We originally booked the Holiday Inn down the road After our town was hit by a tornado and we suffered power outages and damage, but when their online booking left us without a room and rude staff who would not refund us, we moved down to this hotel. We had an excellent experience. Front desk staff was friendly and helpful. We got to our room quickly and were very pleased. The next morning the included breakfast was so good! They had eggs, sausage and breakfast potatoes, plus also the waffles, cereal, fruit, and a variety of breads/bagels. Needless to say we would def stay here again."
