"Good quality caravan, also has added entertainment extras ive never seen in caravans before. "

"The caravan its self was ok. a little dated and obviously had dogs in there before we were there. However the communication with Linden Lodgings who look after the booking is shocking. I have been trying to get the damage deposit back from them for 11 days now with no communication back at all. The communication with Hazel has been awful from the point of booking. Not picking up the phone nor responding to emails"

"The lodge was good, bedroom good size and bathroom a nice size. Sealant in shower could do with being replaced but it didn't bother us. The sofa was a bit low for my husband so glad the chair was there."

"No communication whatsoever, we asked before and on the day, regarding taking our dog and check in procedures no response from the host, we were advised to travel and wait until 4pm on check in day and at 4pm our accommodation was cancelled and we were left with nowhere to stay other than a hotel 1 hour away, disgusted with this treatment "

"Lodge nice but fittings tired needs upgrading.Showers inadequate,bathroom one leaking although repaired quickly by staff Fridge shelf missing not very good.Unable to use iplayers on TV due to password put in by previous tenant staff unable to rectify.Mattress on beds uncomfortable too hard preventing a full night's sleep."
