"Room is just okay but very congested"

"Sorry to say this but I know it will help you in the future The room is look's ugly and smell so bad, when I open the room, the smell come out straight away. The bed is too low can stand up straight and the mattress is no good at all, gives me sore back and body next day. I book in 3 sleep people sleep and only give me one big towel and 2 little one to use, service no good to me. I book in a lot of hotel in this web site, but this is the lowest one I have. "It seems it's OK to smoke inside this hotel. Some areas of the hotel smelt so strongly of cigarettes I couldn't stay more an a few minutes. Even my hotel room smelt like cigarette smoke like it was coming through the ventilation and hardly slept at all. I left as soon as I could. Terrible."

"17 year old was not allowed to walk from the carpark back to the hotel room with 20 year old sister due to club rules. Parent had to be with the 17 year old at all times when not in the room. "
