"This was a lovely room in a fantastic area. We found Bordeaux to be very walkable and really enjoyed our time there. The only problem we had was the WiFi did not work and we did not get any response to our query about it. "

"The apartment was well presented and clean, warm and comfortable in a lovely quiet building. The location was excellent with an easy walk to the centre and the tram stop virtually on the doorstep for going further out of town. There were supermarkets, a fruit shop and an artisan bread shop within walking distance and the kitchen was well equipped for self catering with all equipment in good working order. The owners were friendly and accommodating and responsive to any questions we had going...

"A strange and great place to stay. Excellent access to everything in the center of Bordeaux. A big apt and the best part is the excellent and private space out back. It's really nice to have that in town. The rooms do have a strange layout which might bother some - and it can be dark in some spaces. The main bedroom has a pull out couch for a bed and the windows open right onto the street so it can be noisy when trying to sleep - it didn't bother me much except when the trash collectors come...

"We enjoyed our stay at the apartment. It was well equipped, clean, and nicely decorated. The location was perfect for us. It was close to the historic enter of town with shops, restaurants and sites near by. We felt safe walking late at night. Alice was helpful and recommended some great restaurants for us."

"The apartment has an unbeatable location — open the front window and you’re looking at Porte Caillhau, like your own personal castle. Trams are an easy walk, and you can jog along the river. Should mention it’s on the third floor — that’s fourth to Americans. My partner thought that would be a problem, but he quickly got used to it. Good exercise!"

"This elevator accessible apartment is within a block of a Tram stop with amazing views of the river. Several grocery and bakery options are available nearby. We met our host's colleague at the appointed time and she gave us an orientation tour of the apartment. The apartment was clean and had all the things we would need. (The use one, replace one wine sharing station was a nice addition) Please note that my 6 foot 2 inch tall husband did have to guard his head in some parts of the apartment,...

"We had a wonderful stay in this large, quiet, well-equipped, comfortable apartment. Our communications with Charlotte and Suzanna were timely, clear and relevant. The location was perfect. All the city sites and venues were within walking distance. It was so convenient to have butcher, bakery, restaurants, tram and bus within close proximity to the apartment. Taking morning walks to the nearby public gardens was a bonus. This apartment is in a perfect location for a great holiday in Bordeaux."

"Wonderful little apartment above an excellent pizza shop and right next to a super fun market. Walking distance to the river front and all the restaurants you may need. Apartment was very clean. Lily met us with the keys. She was so sweet. Had a couple questions and she replied immediately. Check out was super easy. We left right on time and Lily was there with a smile to wish us a happy journey. Def recommend this place and will keep in my favorites to stay again. Oh, and lots of dishes and...
