Clean, safe and Amazing staff, we were greeted with a big smile which was so nice after almost 26 hours of traveling. The guy at the receptionist he is the best, also the supervisor, they were super helpful, providing us guidance in our first time in Frankfurt. We love the fact of having private parking downstairs the hotel, so we go and use the public transportation to visit the Frankfurt, train station also is 2 min away walking (s9, s8 leadermuseum station)there are 2 supermarkets ,...

A lovely hotel. Our room was so pretty, clean, comfortable. Staff were nice and informative. Would choose the same hotel again.

Good property, new, quiet. Easy to walk to town along the river at day time taking about 30 minutes . Need to transit at main station to get on S8/9 to airport if you take U6 train. Need to make sure train is operating otherwise suggest to take Uber.

Great stay and very convenient to both the Ubahn station and the tram. There’s a Rewe grocery store and several restaurants right there next to the hotel. Very quiet and the staff was super helpful.

unique styling both of lounge and rooms and staff were pleasant to interact with. Cleaning team missed a wrapper of some kind in bathroom, In the morning, i had one of the cleaning staff try and entered my room as I was still sleeping. I woke up and luckily caught her at the entrance but could have been awkward otherwise. some extra care is needed to clean your guests room AFTER they check out

Nice place. Right next to grocery store. Walking distance to many awesome things. Comfortable bed, clean linens, excellent breakfast.

It’s a real gem! The view from the outside is not particularly inviting, but on stepping through the main doors, you are immediately struck by the beautiful reception area. Light and airy, and very spacious - very welcoming. The straff throughout the hotel were very professional, friendly and extremely helpful. Excellent hotel and great price, conveniently close to FRA airport. Hotel Shuttle provides access both ways. However to take it from airport you have to get to Terminal One Concourse B, exit the arrivals area, turn to your left and walk a ways to the end, turn left again and go to the Medical Center parking lot. If going back to the airport from hotel it only drops at Terminal 1 (as above) and to get to T2 you have to enter Hall B and follow signs to take the SkyTrain to T2. Allow plenty of...

Awesome hotel. Quite far from old town (1hour or so on foot) but very close to a suitable tram stop, so easy access to old town, train station and airport. The studio was lovely - spacious, comfy and with a lovely terrace and great views of Seckbach.

Great location, across a nice shopping mall, very close to a beautiful park and the pedestrian old city. Perfect for us. Staff was very nice, especially Philip, Marian and Lena. Great place to stay with a dog as well. Everybody so welcoming towards our shy pup. Altogether great experience, would definitely recommend for anybody. Also great air conditioning and wifi!
