It wasn't too far to travel too from the main station and easy to access with my Eurail pass. Did not need any other ticket. Place was cleaner than I expected. Very modern room. I was actually impressed with the inner room. Only place I saw a working heating in over 16 hotels I passed through in 16 days. I would definitely recommend staying here. Clean, safe and Amazing staff, we were greeted with a big smile which was so nice after almost 26 hours of traveling. The guy at the receptionist he is the best, also the supervisor, they were super helpful, providing us guidance in our first time in Frankfurt. We love the fact of having private parking downstairs the hotel, so we go and use the public transportation to visit the Frankfurt, train station also is 2 min away walking (s9, s8 leadermuseum station)there are 2 supermarkets ,...

Loved the hotel and location

Good property, new, quiet. Easy to walk to town along the river at day time taking about 30 minutes . Need to transit at main station to get on S8/9 to airport if you take U6 train. Need to make sure train is operating otherwise suggest to take Uber.

Totally loved this place, room was perfect, dining options were excellent, breakfast buffet was fabulous.... and walking to my flight from the hotel the next day was a real treat! I will make this stop a regular habit every Christmas from now on!

Staff were very nice and accommodating, we got the top floor with a beautiful view. We loved our stay. Clean room, alot of parking space (€9) buh worth it.

Excellent hotel and great price, conveniently close to FRA airport. Hotel Shuttle provides access both ways. However to take it from airport you have to get to Terminal One Concourse B, exit the arrivals area, turn to your left and walk a ways to the end, turn left again and go to the Medical Center parking lot. If going back to the airport from hotel it only drops at Terminal 1 (as above) and to get to T2 you have to enter Hall B and follow signs to take the SkyTrain to T2. Allow plenty of...

The only thing the staff wasn't knowledgeable about was how to mail something back to the US, but they did research and let us know where the nearest shipping site was and eventually we received the proper information. So staff helpfulness is great! Breakfast was top notch tasty with exceptional variety. Room was spacious and clean. Thankfully we were able to check in early. I would stay there again.

Great stay and very convenient to both the Ubahn station and the tram. There’s a Rewe grocery store and several restaurants right there next to the hotel. Very quiet and the staff was super helpful.
