We arrived late in the evening after a concert in Frankfurt. The instructions were clear, and we had no problems accessing the apartment. We were very happy to have off-street parking. The neighborhood was quiet. We slept comfortably in the rooms. The kitchen was well stocked for cooking. The bathroom and shower were excellent. We highly recommend this property and would stay there again.

Clean, safe and Amazing staff, we were greeted with a big smile which was so nice after almost 26 hours of traveling. The guy at the receptionist he is the best, also the supervisor, they were super helpful, providing us guidance in our first time in Frankfurt. We love the fact of having private parking downstairs the hotel, so we go and use the public transportation to visit the Frankfurt, train station also is 2 min away walking (s9, s8 leadermuseum station)there are 2 supermarkets ,...

A lovely hotel. Our room was so pretty, clean, comfortable. Staff were nice and informative. Would choose the same hotel again.

Awesome hotel. Quite far from old town (1hour or so on foot) but very close to a suitable tram stop, so easy access to old town, train station and airport. The studio was lovely - spacious, comfy and with a lovely terrace and great views of Seckbach.

Good property, new, quiet. Easy to walk to town along the river at day time taking about 30 minutes . Need to transit at main station to get on S8/9 to airport if you take U6 train. Need to make sure train is operating otherwise suggest to take Uber.

Nice place. Right next to grocery store. Walking distance to many awesome things. Comfortable bed, clean linens, excellent breakfast.

It’s a real gem! The view from the outside is not particularly inviting, but on stepping through the main doors, you are immediately struck by the beautiful reception area. Light and airy, and very spacious - very welcoming. The straff throughout the hotel were very professional, friendly and extremely helpful. The room was spotless, functional, and comfortable. The location is excellent, very close to shopping, cafés, and the train station. Overall, it was great value for the money, and I’d definitely stay again!

A girls trip to the Christmas Market in Frankfurt from the US. We picked a hotel we thought would be good but, when our driver heard where to take us and drove us by he said he didn't feel comfortable leaving us there and I had to agree it was a very bad area. He suggested Hotel Moxy to us we got on line and booked two rooms and off we were. It turned out to be a great choice. We had a studio/loft. Large room, free minibar. Large bathroom. No-step shower, which could fit two. Corner room with 2 windows. Convertible couch. Good AC/heating. Slatted windows. Huge REWE supermarket around corner that has everything. 2 minute walk to UBahn station. Excellent German bar/restaurant across street, reasonably priced, neighborhood patrons.

The only thing the staff wasn't knowledgeable about was how to mail something back to the US, but they did research and let us know where the nearest shipping site was and eventually we received the proper information. So staff helpfulness is great! Breakfast was top notch tasty with exceptional variety. Room was spacious and clean. Thankfully we were able to check in early. I would stay there again.
