"From the moment of check in to check out this was an amazing discovery. Service and staff kind generous helpful and friendly. I asked lots of questions and got all my answers with kindness and very helpful responses. I got a late check out and a 20e voucher for the two rooms. Value for money. Breakfast was great with many healthy options !!! Thanks to everyone for making our stay a wonderful time. I will be back soon :))"

"Nice modern hotel with comfortable beds. Seems to be that nobody told me that room cleaning was by request only- I didn’t see any pre-notification about this nor was I warned at check-in - poor show when you come home from a day out and your wet towels are still on the bathroom floor from morning and the beds are not made. I also notice that hotels.com list airport shuttle as one of the amenities available - but that is just not true, although terminal 2 at the airport is a 10 minute walk away. Breakfast had most things you would need to start your day, the waffles in particular are really tasty."

"Excellent clean room, with VERY comfortable beds. Great location near the train station and river walk. Staff were fantastic, and provided great service. Breakfast was varied and high quality with lots of options for celiacs and dairy allergies. Would definitely recommend and stay here again!"
