"Hotel was great and perfect location to get anywhere in city. Very easy one minute walk to street car and five minute walk to subway station. All staff at hotel was very helpful. Bar was nice. The Italian restaurant inside hotel had good food but the hostess/waitress (younger one) was rude and did not like serving Americans. "

"Great place if it had a better management , maintenance, cleaning staff and if they cared. A kitchen facility that is never leaned, garage from previous client in the room, bathroom, closet, in 4 days and nights no towel change, only one spoon, one fork, one plate kitchen. towels missed replacing. A day where no one cleaned was the same as a day they apparently cleaned. Worst experience ever after 20 years of traveling to Germany. It is a shame.
