of 4 or more. Unfortunately our reservations were screwed up. The front desk thought our assigned rooms were connecting to each other however they were not and in two separate sides of the hotel even though the room numbers are in numerical order. We needed to request to switch room next to the other room but it turned out to be a smaller room....

had a quick overnight at this hotel. It was wonderful! Spacious rooms in what seems to be a new hotel. It was immaculate. Convient location for shopping and the train. Good restaurants nearby and hotel breakfast was better than most I've had while in Germany. If I return to Frankfurt again, will definitely come back to this hotel. "

"Stay was adequate. Stayed 3 nights. 3 friends in 1 room. One on sofa bed. Never slept on anything so bad. Not suitable even for a child. Back and hips extremely sore the next day due to old mishapen bed. Asked at reception but no solution was offered. Asked to leave rooms before checkout time by cleaning staff. Breakfast was only adequate. Scrambled eggs on last day was undercooked and very wet. Public area was good "

"Straight forward process to book. Staff were fast and friendly. However, check-in line was lengthy, staff were juggling a long line of people. The room was clean and had a beautiful view of the city. However the door did not have a secondary security feature, such as a door chain or block in case someone accidentally received a key to my door handle. Great location and value for money. The breakfast included with reservation is solid and convenient."

"We absolutely enjoyed our one-night stay. We spontaneously added a person to our room and could park our bikes in the garage, everyone from reception to breakfast staff was genuinely friendly. Breakfast (added that on spot) and outdoor area to sit were our highlights. We had read reviews saying it didn’t have much choice but we can’t second that: Andechser (high quality local) products, a solid range of veggie options and really good coffee made this a yummy experience worth the price.
