"The location is close to the central train station. It only took 3-5 minute walk. It is 15 minutes train away to the airport. The hotel is clean and new. I stayed for 5 nights. The only complain is the checking in far too complicated requiring too much info taking too long. The staffs were very friendly, but mostly in training. They were understaffed sometimes. Generally speaking highly recommend it. "

"This is a true home away from home. The room is laid out extremely functionally. We loved having a kitchen, dishwasher, and washing machine with dryer. The room was very quiet. Everything felt clean and modern. The staff was super kind and helpful as well. We would absolutely stay here again. "

"My 2 night stay was relaxing and comfortable. The location across from the Main Train Station was the reason I chose this Hotel. Though there were a few homeless around, there was enough traffic so you didn't feel unsafe. Lots of walkable sights, but best choice was the Hop On Hop Off that you can carch right outside the Train Station's Main Entrance. Ticket allows you 2 slightly different tour bus routes and also a boat cruise on the Main River. Staff at Hamburger Hof were friendly and very helpful. AC and water pressure were above average and bed was comfortable. Elevator was very small, but worked well. Had breakfast 1 day and it was fine. Great service by staff also. Nice hotel, just sad the neighborhood was a tad disappointing. I would stay again."
