"Clean, cozy and enjoyable! I chose to stay here to support a family owned business as opposed to a hotel chain. I requested the addition of flowers and local goodies so I could surprise my husband. The owners did a great job with the request and it made our stay even more special. The only drawback, which the owner is aware of and working on, is that noise travels between the units. "We really enjoyed the backyard along with its dart board and ping pong table. The gathering area was great for our group. Only negative would be the small 4th bedroom that only had access through the 3rd bedroom. Would work great for a group of children or parents with young children but made the 4 bedrooms a little difficult for us. Thanks for the great place to stay while we enjoyed Fruita with our family!"
