"Colonial Inn is a comfortable and welcoming place to stay. The room is inviting and very clean. We have stayed there more than once and would gladly go back again. It is near downtown area with restaurants that can be walked to. We highly recommend it and appreciate the affordability as well. You can park near the door to you room. The heat and/or air conditioning is quiet and works well."

"This resort was awesome and nestled in a perfect location that gives you views and a nice soothing rustic vibe. Rooms were clean, comfortable and relaxing. Just a quick hop to downtown N. Conway but feels isolated in a good way from the crowds and chatter. Restaurant was excellent with great service, and the bar is very impressive as well. Nothing negative to say at all. Only weird thing was that the "spa" is not really a spa, but a converted guest room where they bring in "independent contractors" for treatments. But that's ok because my girlfriend got a massage there and she said it was the best one she has ever had, and she has had them from spas in high end resorts. Will definitely come here again!"

"The rooms were very clean although the bathroom was very dated. Attractive grounds. Complimentary breakfast had some sort of flat egg substitute which was cold along with packaged sausages, also cold. However, the room rate was very reasonable and we were allowed an early check in."
