Pros: My husband and I spent 4 weeks in this beautiful location. The apartment had all the amenities we needed and was ideally located for our needs. Shops and restaurants are only a few minutes' walk away. It was a very comfortable place to stay and we would recommend it to anyone.

Pros: Stayed here for 9 nights in June. It was lovely and clean and had everything we needed. It's a good base for the train which we used to visit favourite restaurants in Torremolinos and Malaga. The only downside was the noise from the padel courts below which went on quite late so it could be heard whilst sat on the balcony.

Pros: We chose this apartment on its views of the beach on one side and the mountains and beach on the other and the reality more than lived up to our expectations. Access to the terrace from both living and bedroom meant that we spent most of our time on the terrace on the 12th floor. Big bonus was the fantastic communal pool and the access to a lovely beach with great facilities just across the road.

Pros: True to descriptions and photographs, this is an ideal base from which to explore both the local area and other cities / towns nearby. Comfy bed / room, excellent shower facilities, washing machine and lovely balcony. Plenty of towels and linens and adequate kitchen crockery. Helpful, friendly and responsive owner. There is a vast choice of places to eat out - kitchen is not really geared up for home cooking but has an excellent fridge freezer.

Pros: The location of the apartment was ideal as it was close to the sea, shopping and restaurants. It was everything that was advertised and more. The owner was always available to help and assist in things like best places to go and eat, etc. The apartment was nicely decorated and very cosy...in fact, my wife was saying how she hated to leave...it was perfect for the two of us...waking up to a view of the sea was a remarkable experience. You could eat in, dine out, whatever your heart desired.

Pros: Just 35 minutes by train from Malaga Airport the apartment is perfectly positioned for everything I need for a relaxing holiday. Torreblanca, Los Boliches and Fuengirola all in walking distance with an abundance of restaurants, bars and cafes. Plus of course the Paseo Maritimo and beach. The grounds of the apartment are both generous and tranquil. I spent all of June 2015 at the apartment and will be returning in September 2015 for a further 10 days. Not sure if the questions below have recorded my answers correctly so would like to confirm that all of them scored an Excellent from me.

Apartment was excellent, roomy, bright, comfortable with terrific views. Location great, just away from the busy/noisier areas, but easily walkable to everything. Good communication with host who was very responsive. The bldg Pool was not open due to current water restriction, but as April probably would not have used it too much. Would definitely look to stay at the apt in the future.

Pros: Værten sagde ved ankomsten sidste gang (09.11.2017) "Velkommen hjem". Vi har nemlig lejet denne skønne lejlighed mange gange. vi slapper virkelig af i de behagelige farver den er indrettet i, udsigten og beliggenheden er jo i top. Har allerede booked til 2018, og det siger vel alt om vores bedømmelse.

Pros: Vi oplevede en dejlig lejlighed med altan, flot udsigt og god beliggenhed. 12. Sal, elevator og kort til Los Boliches togstation gør den særdeles egnet til gangbesværede eller hvis man har opholdet uden bil. Dejligt område som base for ture til baglandets hvide byer eller f.eks. Sevilla eller Granada. Kan absolut anbefales.

Pros: El apartamento de Ruben es perfecto. Quiero desde aquí darle las gracias a el por su rápida respuesta desde que contactamos con el,su amabilidad y predisposicion.También a Carlo,que nos recibio,enseño el apartamento y nos proporciono lo que solicitamos muy amablemente. El apartamento es ideal para pasar unos días en la playa, muy limpio,primerisima linea,magníficas vistas a la playa y piscina.Esta ultima esta muy cuidada con una gran zona verde natural. Salida del recinto al paseo y justo enfrente hay acceso a la playa. Tiene menaje de cocina completo (cafetera,microondas,horno,...)no echamos nada en falta. También tiene carro de la compra,tendedero,sombrilla de playa ,plancha etc.... Televisión smart tv con acceso a tu cuenta netflix... Lo recomendaremos a amigos y familiares. Volveremos!

Pros: Kleine, gezellige en proper appartement. Mooie uitzicht op de zee. 1 minuut wandelen van het strand. Nadeel was, kookplaat werkte niet goed. Zeer en zeer traag. Duurde 40 min om een eitje te koken. Verders was alles goed. Als men niet wil gaan koken tijdens uw vakantie , dan is deze apartment een aanrader.

Pros: Nous avons passé, ma femme et moi un bon séjour entre le 2 et le 9 Août dernier. La propriétaire est très aimable et professionnelle. Tout c'est bien déroulé sauf pour le parking. Il n y a pas toujours de place disponible, ce qui nous a obligé à ne pas trop bouger la voiture. J'y retournerais avec plaisir si l'occasion se présente. Thank you Jane.

Pros: Hoi Ruben, Fijn dat u zo'n spontane, vriendelijke en behulpzame moeder Jane heeft. We hebben vaak op het balkon in het zonnetje gezeten,gelezen en naar de visserscheepjes gekeken.Vanaf ongeveer tien uur s'morgens tot zonondergang hadden zon op het balkon, heel prettig. Keukenapparatuur niet vaak gebruikt,in de restaurents is het goed vertoeven.Wij zijn dik tevreden over het appartenment.Met vriendelijke groet, Gerda en Wim
